5 out of 5 stars this is my favorite wii game   July 14, 2010
S. Nery (Hollywood)
you shoot stuff, there's hidden stuff, it's a simple idea, but the game is more complete than you'd expect. seriously, my favorite wii game

2 out of 5 stars Needs re-invention   July 2, 2010
Mark (New Jersey, USA)
The zapper is actually a very poor design. Namely the trigger is on the front grip which causes the user to have his/her hand in an awkward position while firing. Within just an hour of game play, your wrist begins to get sore. The game developers are great. Unfortunately, game accessory developers are slack. Clearly it was not tested for any serious amount of time or they would have discovered the flaw themselves. The trigger mechanism should be extended back for a more natural grip. If you can, hold out for the next generation of zapper when they finally get the point to re-invent the design.

5 out of 5 stars Best Wii game/accessory I've bought   June 13, 2010
Jon R. Helms (Westfield, IN)
I expected it to be an accessory for the Zelda game and a small training game. The training game has been more fun than any other game I've played on the Wii, by far the best $20 I've ever spent on video games.

2 out of 5 stars Zapper is not Good   May 31, 2010
Cajun J (Louisiana)
Here's the problem. Works OK on games where the shooting area doesn't leave the screen, like a bullseye that isn't moving. In a first person shooter game with controls formatted for the zapper...I found myself dioriented. I need to turn 180 degrees to shoot the guy to my right, but that is actually about 45 degrees or just off screen. It looks fun, but ends up being a pain in the butt to use.

My kid threw it down after 10 minutes.

4 out of 5 stars Zapper feels great, game is much more in depth than expected   May 16, 2010
D. Carter (OMAHA, NE USA)
I thought Link's Crossbow Training would be a small little minigame to demonstrate the Wii Zapper, but the game is surprisingly very in depth- lots of levels and achievements to be earned. Still haven't got the highest score on all the levels yet. Graphics are pretty good, controls are pretty comfortable and adjustable. Overall better than I expected.
