Excellent product July 26, 2010 Anthony McAuley (Daly City, CA USA) This works great! Software installation is all automated, and a breeze to get started. I haven't had any dropped connections, and I generally can get at least 4 green bars to HD when I'm streaming Netflix videos.
Needed to get this for X-Box Live June 29, 2010 Julie A. Butler (Queens, NY, USA) Again, didn't know what it was, but I knew I would get "taken" at retail store.
Did so much better pricewise here. Works as promised.
Roland May 20, 2010 Roland Hsu Works like a charm. Might be expensive, but it is small and easy to use; pretty much just plug it into xbox and it auto installed it
Fantastic; Worth the Price! May 18, 2010 T. Pasio (Valencia, Ca) The hardest part about this device is getting it out of the package! An exacto knife took care of that!
I plugged it in, followed the directions, and in 5 minutes, I was online! I love this thing.
Ya, it's $[...], but for that price I now not only play the games online, but I have Zune for free, with all the History, Discovery, National Geographic channel shows, and a bunch of TV show seasons I've wanted to see. If you have Netflix, you can also watch movies, and even more great shows, on your big TV, not the computer screen! without having to wait for them to come in the mail. Watch 10 a day if you want to. There isn't a limit.
For me, this little thing paid for itself, as I'm not buying movies on demand for the kids anymore, and again, if I want to see a movie, NOW, I can without waiting for it to come up on my Netflix cue.
Great device, easy setup, (Important to me, as I am NOT a techie), and X Box offers great features once you're on line with them.
Highly recommended! I wish I had done it sooner. I'm off to go watch the Civil War series.
Enjoy!
Constantly Disappears From The xbox May 9, 2010 Matthew Rossetta (Bay Area, CA USA) This thing cost way to much for it's lack or reliability. At [...]+ you'd think you'd get a product that just worked, and it does, for a little while at a time. Randomly this thing keeps disconnecting and when you go to reconnect it doesn't know you have a wireless adapter plugged in. If you look at the adapter it's self you'll see that the light is off, indicating that it's not plugged in. (It's red when it's not connected, green when it is, and no light when it's not plugged in). Simply unplugging it and plugging it back in seems to do the trick, but theres no telling for how long.
If you can, run ethernet to your xbox. If you can't you shouldn't buy this with high expectations.
